3. Pre washing: It is best to pre wash when washing linen, especially for linen with severe stains. The water temperature for pre washing is generally between 30 ℃ -40 ℃. If the linen is soft towel linen, some detergent can be added in moderation to reduce the difficulty of the main washing of the linen.

4: Washing: The water level control of industrial washing machines in laundry equipment is very important. To control the water level of industrial washing machines well, the water content in the heating steam should be considered.

5: Feeding: According to the installed capacity of the washing equipment and the type of installed linen, appropriate pre washing, main washing, and rinsing washing chemicals are added. Most of the washing chemicals need to reach a certain temperature before they can achieve good results.

6. Stain removal: For fabrics with dark stains or heavy oil stains, emulsifiers can be added during washing, or specialized detergents can be used for pre washing to ensure the cleanliness of such fabrics.

7. Cooling: During the main washing process, the temperature of the linen is relatively high. If all the hot water is drained before adding water, it will cause a sudden drop in the temperature of the linen, and the fibers will shrink, trapping the stains that have not yet been drained into the fibers. Therefore, starting from 5 minutes before the main washing and drainage, it is necessary to gradually add water to cool down, and then rinse with water after cooling to 50 ℃ -60 ℃.

8. Rinsing: Generally, at least three rinses are required, and an appropriate amount of neutralizing acid is added during the last rinse to control the pH value of the linen at 6-7.
